Gladys Kravitz has been a part of New York's non-profit development community for over 10 years.  Experience includes:

• database management (databases ranging in size from several thousand to over 1,000,000 records)
• database evaluation and analysis
• direct mail and monthly-giving program management
• event production (including small-scale donor-cultivation events, large-scale fundraising events and walk-a-thons)
• volunteer recruitment and management
• strategic planning

She has held permanent, consultant and volunteer positions at both small and large organizations, ranging from grassroots start-ups to professional and trade organizations, and is especially interested in organizations that are community-based and/or deal with human rights, women's rights, civil liberties, political change, arts or education.
