Database Evaluation and Analysis
We review your data and interview your users to determine the current status of your database and skill level of your staff. We're then able to make recommendations for both improved systems and training which will lead to more efficient fundraising.
Raiser's Edge Database Training
Many organizations do not make efficient use of Raiser's Edge simply because they do not understand what the software's features are or how to use them properly. Our basic Raiser's Edge training explains the various fields, tabs and features of Raiser's Edge and includes discussion on constituent and gift coding. We can also provide Raiser's Edge training on administrative tasks, query/export, import and various modules, as needed.
Database Clean-Up
We are available to recommend and work on database clean-up projects, including post-conversion clean-up, deduping, global moving of data and migration of data from outside sources.
Recoding and Restructuring
Efficient use of fundraising databases requires proper database structure and coding of data. We work with your staff to help you determine and implement a database structure and systems of coding that will enable your development department to make more efficient use of your existing data.
Standardization
We are available to assist with standardization of data, as well as recommend and assist with set-up and implementation of standard queries, exports and reports.
Short-Term Assistance
We are also available to provide short-term assistance with day-to-day database management, querying/exporting, importing and reporting (Raiser's Edge and Access).
